Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
For digital products or services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered or activated, unless otherwise stated.
The company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the circumstances of each case.
